My 100th post......

Wow I never thought when I started this I would be writing my 100th post. That is exciting for me. Well, I guess I am behind with the holidays, so here I am and going to try and catch up.

Well, Christmas morning was awesome here in our house Santa got the kids tons... We are so blessed!!!! and this is how lucky I am... This pictures was taken before bed on Christmas eve before we looked online and tracked Santa and then we read Night before Christmas!!!!

As this year comes to a end, it has me thinking alot about what God has blessed me and my family with this year. First and mainly our three babies, we have had ups and down with each of them being sick and having health problems, but always remember that the Lord never gives us more than we can handle. Lately I have been wondering cause man things have not been going in our favor. Monday night we had electricity problems which caused the stove, microwave, house phone, Nicks xbox I bought him for Christmas and alarm clocks and our cable box in the living room all which blew up... And with the problem we have no heat until today at 2pm so from Monday night till Wed afternoon, no fun. So Monday night we had to stay at Nicks dads house then Tuesday during the day me and the kids went to Nicks moms house. Today we have been at home wile things are getting fixed with little heaters everywhere. Around 3pm Nicks dad got everything fixed.. You know I am so thankful for that man. We would not be where we are today if it was not for him. Well, so the problem was not the home owners or ours it was the electric company. A wire on the transformer by the road burnt into which was causing tons of problems around here. So I have made list of things that we lost and we are going to turn those into the Electric company and hoping that they can replace them... Well, enough of that. Well, let me tell you I can not be more ready for Braxton to go back to school. Wow, I never knew how much I would love him being in school or how much it helped. So, one more week and I am ready to get things back in order. Yesterday we got all the Christmas things put up and taken to the barn and stored till next year. You know after taking everything down the house seems so much bigger. I guess cause not all the stuff is out and around. I am liking this much better. So, I am calling the dr tomorrow because we still have not heard anything back from Brennons test and I am getting worried more now than ever. Well, it is way past my kids bedtime and they are still up watching wall e so time to get the kids to bed, then mommy has a load of laundry to do then it is bed time for me... As I got money from my grandparents for Christmas and I have been wanting a new comforter set so that I bought from Walmart, it was cheap so nothing fancy... But I just love it... Funny how when you get older the things you get excited about change so much... We have no plans for New Years eve, just relaxing at home and enjoying time as a family. That is the best!!!!

Merry Christmas

I hope each of you had a wonderful blessed Christmas... I know my family did, and man am I glad it is over. I should be in the bed right now, I have been up since 5am so I am kinda sleepy. Well, this morning we had to wake the kids up because Nick had to work so I wanted him to be here with us. So, when we woke them up this is what Braxton looked like, I didnt get a picture of Brennon he was not happy that we woke him up so early.

Then this is Braxton after he went and looked on the kitchen table to see if Santa ate his cookies and

drank his milk!!!

Then it was time, we started opening the gifts and let me tell you they both were so excited with every girft they opened and that was so great for me and Nick to see. I think that Santa got them everything they wanted, so we are blessed so much this year. Here are a few of the things the boys got from Santa brought them. Braxton has been asking for the board game sorry sliders well he got it

Brennon knew Braxton wanted a game so he wanted the same thing so he had been asking for gator golf, well here he is while Nick is opening it for him. I mean look at the faces they are making this was so priceless.....

Brooke got a holiday Barbie, babies, more babies (get it she has tons of babies now) and a baby stroller, clothes, and several small things she loved it. I also need to say man I love having a baby girl because she wore her new smocked Christmas dress and her big bow. I am in love with my baby girl!!!

We went to my moms sisters for lunch and they kids got one more gift and kept asking mommy is there anymore.. Gosh did you not get enough, KIDS!!!!

Nick's mom lives close to my aunts house so we went over there and I helped her around her house for a while waiting on Nick to get off. She has hurt her back, so I am doing some things for her. Then when it was almost time for Nick to get off, me and the kids loaded up and headed home. After being some only for a few mins it was time for us to go to Nicks dads house and eat supper and open gifts..

Nick is really sick, fever, chills he does not feel good at all, which he is not him, he was been in the bed since 730, poor thing. So, when we got back home it was time for me to do some cleaning up from all the morning mess... And start putting all these new toys up.. Then I got kids in bed and I got on here to do my favorite thing ever..... And now I am so sleepy I am going to get in the bed with my hubby and go night night... Merry Christmas all!!!!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband

Well, for some reason as I lay in bed listening to Nick snore beside me. I feel like I need to make this post about him and really just how awesome I think he is and that he really is...

Ok so I know that all of the other woman that are married and they think they have the best husband ever, so with that I feel the same way. I wake up everyday and man am I so thankful to be laying in the bed next to him.. I really cant put out here what I am really feeling cause I am not sure how to write it.. I am just so happy, blessed that I have him as a husband the the kids have him as daddy... Him as a daddy wow I will tell you more about that in a few, but just as husband we have been married for going on 5 years and loving every second of it. I couldnt be any happier. Well, yeah like most people we have our ups and downs and so on but we work thru it and it only makes us stronger and better people together. Since we have been married I have maybe worked like 1 year if even that. Because he gets up everyday and goes and works so I dont have too. Even when we didnt have kids, so I mean that is alot to me. And now he is working 60 or more hours a week just for me and the kids, yeah that means he doesnt get to see the kids that much but he does it so they will have a place to stay, clothes, food, and so on you get the point. I will say thank you to him but that will never be enough, I owe him so much for that. I really could go on and on with things that he does for me and I really dont have that much time. I love my husband more and more everyday and he is my rock!!! And him being a father is amazing and that is all I can say... And I know if I went and asked the kids about daddy they would say the same thing. Well, for some reason I really needed everyone to know this about Nicholas Sean Parker, my husband, best friend, my everything, father to me three kids!!!!!

super sick

Wow the title says it all, I am so so sick.... So, today I have been just laying around the house....

Last night went great with my mom, brother, and sis... Braxton got a huge nerf gun, Brennon got a puzzle and a box full of many different kinds of games, and Brooklyn got a doll that talks to her (like the abc's and colors) She loved it. She has a pink poodle and I just love her saying dog-dog.... It is the cutest thing ever...Well, so I am sick and nothing exciting has happened around here. So, I am going to watch the movie the worlds greatest dad... And please still be in prayer for Brennon and our family as we wait till hear how Brennons blood work comes back...

so excited for Christmas

So, I am sitting at the kitchen table and looking thru books and online to find Christmas cookie recipes. Tomorrow night is our 1st Christmas get together. My mom, step-dad, brother, sisternlaw and nephew and of course me, Nick and our kiddos... So, it is going to be simple cause you know things are tight for almost everyone so my mom and step-dad got gifts for the grandbabies but that was it.. We are just happy that we can spend the time together. So, my mom is going to order pizzas and bring them, ,my brother has the drinks so I am wanting to make something fun... Any ideas please let me know... Well, Brennon had his three year check up this morning and man poor baby it is always something with him it seems like. So dr came in and he really wouldnt stop talking so she could ask him questions. Well, ok so I am just going to get to it...He wakes up alot in the night with pains in his legs to a point where nothing seems to help, we just let him scream and u all know as a parent that is the worst.. So, I was talking to the doctor today about it and she said it sounds like he could have arthritis in his legs.. And you remember that he has mirgrianes and is on meds daily for those well maybe the arthritis could be causing them as well.. I am not sure what to think but I ahve to take him back so that can run test and do blood work to find out for sure. Also doctor told me to get ready he was going to be my sick baby..... And once again as a parent that was really hard to hear knowing that he is only three and he has a long life to live and I just pray and beg that he does not have to live all those years in pain... So I am here asking well, really begging for everyones prayers for Brennon Layne, for the dr to find really what is causing all his pain. I may be crazy as a mommy but I feel like there is something wrong with him and it is going to be bad but it is going to take us a while to really figure out what is going on with him and it all scares me but again maybe I am crazy...

Well, whatever it is I know that God will not give us more than we can handle and he does everything for a reason. So, right now we are just waiting for all the test results to come back and see where we stand from there. Well, now onto positive things!!!!!!!

Well, after the drs appt me, Brennon and Brooklyn went to finish our Christmas shopping. And finally we are done. We have all of our kids things on layaway and we have like 100 more dollars to pay and hoping we will be able to do that this weekend and then we will be done.... Then it is onto wrapping everything and man that is going to be tough for sure.

In the morning we are going to Braxtons school and they are having the Christmas party in the morning then we get to take the kids home and they are on Christmas break... What I am going to have three kids all day for 2 weeks man I might go crazy uhh, well I am hoping not cause my kids are the best.. Well, just put Brooklyn to bad and now the boys are playing xbox for a few then they are off to bed too... I am going to get up and go to Braxtons party then I am hoping to go and get somethings to start baking.... Well, another prayer request is for my daddy. He lost his job at the 1st of the week, and he was the only one working so now they have no income and its Christmas time so he is having a really hard time..

So, I am super excited I think I have finally figured this blog thing!!!!!! and that is so so exciting for me... Thank you Lana my picture problem was what you thought it was.... And I do not like it that way...

Well, I am going to the mailbox and put our Christmas cards in there

and here they are.. I am in love with the design... Well, I am guessing that it is time for me to put the boys in the bed and after mailing cards then hot bath and bed for me as well, I still have a cold and this runny nose it getting old for sure.. Hubby should be home soon and I cant wait!!!!!!

Its almost Santa time

So for some reason when I am trying to upload pictures on here it is kinda crazy. So, before when they would upload it would show me the pics in this area before I posted it, well, now it is only putting the code here and I am really not liking that.
Oh well, on to our week, well for the past few days I have done nothing and I mean nothing... So cleaning here and there, tonight we had Nicks mom and my dad over for dinner. So that was a very nice meal. In the morning Nicks dads is coming and picking Braxton up early for school and take him to get breakfast then to school. I just love Papa he is awesome.... Well, Friday we start our Christmas. Friday night we are having, my mom, step-dad, brother, sisnlaw and nephew over at our house... My mom got the grankids something but that is it. So really we are just enjoying the time together which is even better.... Nick was off today but had to work a full day with his dad, only cause we need extra money right now cause last night me and the kids went to Walmart and bought him his present.. We bought him a xbox 360 elite and he loves it. It is crazy how much money those things cost.
Braxton is so close to Christmas break and I cant wait... Friday is his last day and he only goes for 2 hrs for his party which we can go with him and then take him home... Well, I am loving my Christmas present I couldnt have asked for anything better, Daphney is just a wonderful puppy... But I am still loving my two big boxers they are girls too...
Oh news, Sissy is fixing to start walking.. We took her to the dr and they were not worried cause she was not walking yet said that it was normal for a baby that was 6 wks early. She told me that some preemies walk at 12 months but if not it is really nothing to worry about, plus she is mommys girl and I spoil her so so much she is super lazy just like me. After hearing all that from the Dr, really made me feel better cause I was like ok my baby is never going to walk... Well, I was told not to worry or saying anything cause she will walk when she wants too and is ready. And man she turned 16 months old and like all of a sudden she has started talking like crazy.
I mean she is just so full of life and man does she love her daddy.. I am thinking about doing a post for and of her being 16 months old... But not tonight
Well, Brennon is good just wild and really doesnt want to listen to me and man does that drive me crazy.... Guess and really hoping he will grow out of this..
Funny thing, Braxton said mommy I want to change my name to Barack Obama, I mean out of nowhere he just came up to me and said that, the things kids hear and learn from school is just crazy but cute and funny at the sametime...Well, I guess that is all for now going to bed, boys are in the bed with us tonight not know why but man do I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

busy time of year

Well, the title just says it all... Christmas time is so so busy for us. Well, Friday night me and Nick went out with my brother and his wife.. We went to eat at Logans then we went back to their house and played cards. Here is a pic of me and April taking a break from playing cards for a few....


















then after our long night there, me and Nick didnt get in bed till 4am and I was ok cause you all know that I dont have to get up, well he works on Sat and he had to be there at 10am which e has to leave at 9am, so that was really sucky for him... So, while the kids were still at papas I slept in and then finally got up and got some cleaning done. Well, me and my brother and his wife and little boy and all three of my babies went to Opry Mills to Bass Pro Shop and get the kids pictures made with Santa.. The boys did great but Brooke would not let me go, so I was in the picture... then we went over to the hotel to look at the lights and let me just say I love that place. Here are a few pics of the family from there too....





So when Nick got off he came down and the hotel and we had a great time...
Today was such a lazy day for me and the kids... We have done nothing and man can you tell I need to get up and clean the house some... but it has been so so nice to just sit around and do nothing....
Oh and I ordered our Christmas cards today and I cant wait to go to Walmart and pick them up and I will try and let you see one on here... Time for supper here, so I have to go and do something now.

well man I am so loud tonight. So today was a wonderful day here. I hate that Nick has to go back to work tomorrow, it sucks, but good news is he is off Friday!!!!!!
Well, today was super lazy around here. So we got up and ate and I wanna know if anyone else eats this. When I meet Nick he ate syrup and butter and ate it with biscuits. Well, I always thought he was nasty, but wow was I wrong I am now in love.I think I would eat that more than he does now. Anyways
I write that up there last night and got really sleepy so here I am Thursday night laying in the bed once again. I really think I should find a better time to get on here. Well, whatever here I am!!!!! Please go over to Lana's blog and leave a congrats... She and her husband are expecting a baby!!!

Well, all the kids are finally getting better, Braxton started a countdown calender till Christmas tonight, dont you remember being so excited.. I do and I am so blessed to beable to see my kids in the sameway. Tomorrrow and Saturday is going to be super cold here and Saturday we should get some snow...

DECEMBER IS HERE

CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT IT IS ALREADY DECEMBER, IN 25 DAYS SANTA WILL BE COMING AROUND. AND I AM VERY PROUD TO SAY THAT WE HAVE DONE GOT OUR CHRISTMAS SHOPPING DONE...
WELL, TONIGHT WE HAD A WONDERFUL I MEAN WONDERFUL NIGHT. NICK HAD TO GO TO THE STORE AND GET A FEW THINGS BEFORE SUPPER TONIGHT THEN WE MADE TACOS AND MAN THEY WERE REALLY GOOD. THEN IT TIME FOR THE CLEAN UP AFTER SUPPER WHICH IS NO FUN AND I GOTTA DO IT. AFTER THAT ME AND NICK WATCHED BRIDE WARS THE MOVIE AND IT WAS REALLY GOOD, THEN I FINALLY GOT UP AND DONE SOME MUCH NEEDED CLEANING THAT I HAVE BEEN PUTTING OFF ALL DAY. SO I CLEANED FLOORS IN KITCHEN LIVING ROOM AND FOYER, THEN IT WAS BEDTIME SO HERE I AM LAYING IN BED WITH MY CUP OF HOT CHOCOLATE.. I CAN SAY THAT I AM ADDICTED TO IT FOR SOME REASON LATELY. OH WELL, IT IS GREAT IN WINTER TIME. WELL KIDS ARE DOING GOOD, WE ARE SEEING THEM GO BACK TO NORMAL SLOWLY WITH BROOKE BUT SHE IS DOING ALOT BETTER AND WE ARE SO THANKFUL FOR THAT. THE LORD HAS BLESSED MY FAMILY IN SO MANY WAYS AND I AM SO LUCKY AND THANKFUL. WE HAVE A AWESOME GOD!!!!!! WELL, HOT CHOCOLATE ALL GONE SO NOW THAT MEANS INAM READY FOR BED, ALL WARM AND READY FOR SOME GOOD SLEEP. TOMORROW I AM REALLY HOPING TO GET SOME MORE CLEANING DONE BUT MAN I REALLY JUST HATE DOING IT...

sick babies

Sunday night Brooklyn would not go to sleep she was really fussy so finally she went to sleep and then when we woke up yesterday morning her eyes were almost matted shut and you could tell she just felt bad. So, we layed back down and went back to sleep. Well, when we got back up she seemed to e worse and Brennon eyes looked really nasty too, so we got ready to go and pick Braxton up from school and I knew then I had to take them both to the dr then. So I called and they could not get them in, but could see them after hours so at 5 we had a appt. When we got there I felt bad cause sissy eyes looked awful, I mean bad... So, we saw the dr and Brooke has a eye infection in both eyes, and a double ear infection, also we were told that she had early signs of h1n1 flu. So, all three got the h1n1 shot and then she put Brooke and Ben and meds for the eyes cause she said Ben had eye infections too. Plus Brooke had meds for her ear infections too. So we left and went to walmart and got the meds and man they were sick and just wanted to be at home, I felt so so bad for having them out but I had to get the meds. So we came home all three ate chicken nuggets then it was bath time. So, Brooke took bath and her meds and she was out... Then it was the boys turn so I gave Ben his eye drops and wow he is a fighter. So today Brooke is still sick but seems to be tons better, and Brennon eyes are nasty just like Brooklyns but he says he feels fine. So far today we have not got out of our pjs. Brooklyn is eating a snack right now before we go and pick up Bubba from school. Then it is home for us cause man it is super cold out there. So we all need to stay inside. And since we are inside mommy needs to do some cleaning for that I will do... So, I will try and post again tonight about the rest of our day went. Have a wonderful day and try and stay warm...
