Starting A New Year

Well here we are already half way through the first month of 2014 and I have completely failed at blogging. So this morning I made the kiddos muffins but I didn't want to eat just drink my coffee. So this have given me time to blog. So much has happened and I will try and catch up and post all these this later. I HOPE!!!! But I know for now going forward I want to blog things this way I have a way to look back and see what all has happened.
Well November 24 2013 mine and the kids life changed once again but this one was for the BEST

I said YES!!!!
So here is the story. Me and Andy went to Opryland Hotel in Nashville to look at the Christmas lights. He asked his mom to go with us which I didn't think anything of as we do a lot with her. We walked around for maybe a hour then came to a huge 10 foot tree and I was taking a picture with my phone and so was his mom. He said let mom take a picture of us in front of the tree. Then we took the picture and I was going to walk away and keep looking at all the lights and the next thing I know Andy is on one knee in front of 100's of people telling me how much he loves me and wants to spend the rest of his life with me. And of course I said yes. It was perfect and I couldn't wait to get on the phone and call the kids. Which they were so happy as they love Andy to death.
We have no plans of a wedding this year but definitely planning for 2015. I want to save and have the wedding I want as I didn't get this the first go round.
As for the kids they are great, growing each day… Which makes this mommy sad. Braxton is almost done with his 1st season was basketball and he has done great and I have sucked cause I have no pictures but plan on getting some this weekend. Brennon is getting smarter by the second. He amazes me each day. He can sit and do legos all by his self and I can't even do that. Brooklyn is growing into a little mama and a DIVA for sure. They all three just got report cards and Braxton made all A's and 1 B, Brennon made all A's and Brooklyn did as well. I can say I am so proud of these kids but that wouldn't be enough to show it. I don't know what I would do without them. They are so string as they have been through a lot. With me and their daddy getting a divorced learning how to live two lives but they have done awesome to say the least. I feel the key to that is the fact that me and their daddy are really good friends and get along great. Which is no normal but I don't think I would have it any other way. Well time for me to get up and enjoy this Monday off with these babies.

Have a great Monday,

Emily

And I will leave you with a few more pictures
